1. Henry Akintola Macauley – (FCIB, DMS, FICM) Chairman

Mr. Henry A. Macauley is a highly qualified, skilled domestic banker who has worked with Barclays Bank of Sierra Leone Limited and Rokel Commercial Bank (SL) Limited since 1968. Experienced in general administration, credit analysis and control, operations management, treasury and foreign exchange management, business development and relationship management, internal audit and staff training.

2. Chief Tony I. Chinyere - Vice Chairman

Chief Tony (as he is popularly known) is an accomplished businessman and the Chairman of Diamond Airlines (SL) Limited. He is also the Vice Chairman of First International Bank (SL) Limited. Chairman, First International Bank, Liberia and Director Slok Airlines, the Gambia.

3. Mr. F. C. Abone

Mr. Abone is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is the Group Managing Director of SLOK Nigeria Limited, a Director of FIB Group Limited, and also a Director of First International Bank Limited in both Liberia and Guinea.

4. Mr. Nduka O. Anyaso - Managing Director/CEO

Mr. Anyaso is a seasoned insurance professional with experience in all facets of insurance spanning over 20 years.
